Bulk SMS Web Based Application with SMPP & Kannel

I want an SMS panel to be developed in Python & Django with Rest or Fast API.

Features would be as follows
1) Can add multiple smpp as and when required.
2) Capable of send/receive 60,00,000 SMS per Day TS/PS (Broadcast, based on dedicated server configuration)
3) 1000 TPS (on SEL IPs)
4) Necessary Sending , Delivery & credit HTTP APIs.
5) Content delivery will be TXT (5000 CHAR) only (NO media files)
6) Reports/Logs with Date-wise, Number-wise, Content-wise, Sender-id-wise
7) Live SMS delivery screening (User-wise)
8) Able to Stop, Send, Route & Re-push SMS at any moment
9) Easily Switching/Routing Gateway
10) Admin get Notified on every request of sender-id by Customers
11) Base Features like create the Group, Template, Sender-id, User, Reseller & Distributor
12) Account White-list Facilities on IP
14) Mobile number whitelist.
15) Cutting option.
16) Flash SMS
17) Unicode SMS support with 12 different language.
18) Sending and receiving script are based on (thread-base) for perform better connectivity with SMSc
19) Client can directly register and can buy credit making online payment.
20) Invoicing (can make multiple companies so that sales can be shown with tax and without tax)

I want it to be developed in purely Python & Django.
