Bulk Contact Information Extractor Tool

I am looking for a skilled developer who can help me create a tool that can extract contact information in bulk from a phone reverse lookup service.
Key Requirements:
- The tool should be able to gather contact information in bulk, saving it in CSV format.
- The extracted data should include fields like name, email, phone number, job experience, and address.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience in developing tools for data extraction.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or PHP.
- Familiarity with reverse phone lookup services or data scraping would be a plus.
