Building a reporting django app
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for a python/Django developer to create a simple reporting website using Django. There will be 2 websites.
The first one is a reporting website to report on a single table. I am happy to write the stored procedure for querying the table. There should not be a lot of graphics, a simple website for reporting and viewing the details of a single, each row on the table can have a lot of data on the columns, if the entire dataset was shown in a column format, the page will be very wide, it can be designed in such a way that you can click on a link that will show the further details or you have an expand functionality which will have a floating screen showing the other details. The page needs to have flexible pagination, the total number of rows shown, and the user can decide to view 100 or 200 records at a time etc.
I will provide columns to use as filters.
One of the columns (group_id) will have a dynamic link such that when its clicked on, it will provide a summary of the group, to get the data for the group, I will provide a database stored procedure whereby you pass the group IP and it will provide a breakdown from the database.
The second webpage will read from a table, display the records from the views and use specific filters to allow for the data in the table to be filtered. When the user presses a button the filters will be applied, a check box next to each record, and the user will have an option to export the displayed records into a file.
Content wise, not a lot of graphics, a list with alternating coloured rows and pagination.
I am happy to provide a copy of the database for local development, its a SQL server 2014 database or provide the scripts to recreate.
