Building a python model for detecting anomalies

I have a dataset of actions by users, with the action time, and username, and the details of the actions, i want to create a python program that will make an analyses of the data, and create a profile for the user, show which actions are an anomaly, and if i give it another action, it will tell me if its an anomaly or not, i will require the python code at the end, do you think you are up for the challenge? if so let me know what will be your plan and what do you plan on using
