Building data visualization programm

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a developer who is willing to build me a program that will analyze data, apply given algorithms to and visualize the data. I am a Ph.D. student in finance and do my researches in a related field. I am not a programmer and this project will continue and I am looking for someone who can support and add new features to program in future (we will discuss budget for next steps)
1) In the first step list stocks' tickers should be added manually to the program, then the program should get stocks data from the supplier and by applying given formulas (3 formulas) building bars for preparing to make analysis on the stocks' prices;
2) as a result of analysis on the stock program should add bars in 95% confidence interval and show them in histograms and highlight actual bar in histograms and show values on bars;
3) Show some stocks details on the table and show a correlation between assets;
4) group stocks which are meet the terms of the given algorithm and are shown on the table;
5) there will be an option to add users;
6) data should be dynamic, charts should be interactive and downloadable PDF and JPG;
7) charts and graphs should be applicable to download as metadata;
8) upload codes to the server and build an application on a database for analyzing stocks periodically.
