Building an app for real estate investors
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of someone to take a Django project to the next level. I have the framework and logic completed but looking for a hungry and enthusiastic developer to take it across the finish line. Here is some of the request in the proposal.
1. Add a Button on the initial screen to drive the next behavior:
◦ Add a pop-up screen over the existing screen in which the user can connect to the zillow API to retrieve data from a specific united state address:
◦ Inputs:
▪ Address
▪ State
▪ City
▪ Zip
◦ Return:
▪ Active listing price or “zestimate” price – this should be mapped to the price field
▪ Taxes – As should be mapped, as a percentage, to the taxes field
▪ Closing Costs - this should be pulled from the zillow api
2. Add functionality the “total other costs” section to add free text boxes with money symbols to allow the users to add monthly costs. These should all total up and the total should be displayed within the “total other costs”.
