Building NextJS RAG Framework with Python backend, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, Ollama -- 2

We are looking for an expert to build a NextJS RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) framework with the following features:

## Features:

- Natural Language Processing (NLP) Capabilities: The framework should understand and interpret human language.
- Intelligent Content Retrieval: It should fetch relevant data from the internet or any specified database.
Text Generation Capabilities: The framework should create human-like text based on the retrieved information.
- Tab Semantic Search: Given a sentence, the closest documents are retrieved and presented.
- Admin page, setting the hyperparametes + prompts + etc
- Nice to have: feedback interface (the resposne is good or bad + comment), feedback should be saved

## Skills Required:
- Proficiency in NextJS and Python.
- Experience in building frameworks with NLP and content retrieval capabilities.
- Experience with Ollama and access to GPU (Google Colab or similar).
