Building a Network topology using Mininet

The project is about implementing a network topology using Mininet API. The whole description will be in the file attached to this post. You are free to use every RYU library and you do not have to build everything from scratch. You need to have a reasonable interpretation of how a topology works and how devices can communicate in a network. A principal understanding of Python could help you deal with the project's challenges more easily.
There are some simple questions in the project description that I also want to be discussed.
