Building Graph Convolutional Network with specific dataset

Hello,
I need a python project ( preferably a Colab or Jupyter notebook ) that takes a specific dataset which is a txt file which represents books from a specific author and build a graph (A) from its words.
After that, when giving another short txt file it also build a graph (B) from it and compares it to graph (A) and checks for similarity.
The results do not have to be accurate.
