Building a Deep learning ARCHITECTURE Model (CNN,RNN,DNN)

I am looking for a skilled deep learning expert to build a deep learning architecture model for my project. The ideal candidate should have experience in building Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), and Deep Neural Networks (DNN).
Intended Application: Tabular Data
Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in deep learning models such as CNN, RNN, and DNN
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience in working with tabular data and applying deep learning techniques for analysis
- Ability to handle small datasets (less than 1000 samples) and optimize the model accordingly
- Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques for tabular data analysis
- Familiarity with evaluation metrics and model performance optimization techniques
