Build a website to publish stock trading buy/sell signals generated from Python Algos

I am looking for a website developer who can publish our live stock market signals generated from our alogorithm through Python on flask to a website. Requirements are given in the document. Already the signals are coming on a flask output in Azure VM, which need to be published on a website (windows/linux). As a poc would like to see the signals getting published on a temporary website and then would like to proceed on the website development.
