Build a website for my schools

I need to build a system that allows fast and easy communication between the supervisor/gatekeeper and the driver/parent. The system will have two parts. 1) A website for the supervisors that display the names of students, their driver name and the phone number of the driver. The supervisor can alert the driver that the student is ready to exit the school via a SMS or changing status on web page. 2) A web page that the driver can us to alert the supervisor that they are outside the school and are waiting for the kid, the driver can also alert the supervisor that they are late or not there yet. When the supervisor release the student, the driver should receive an alert on the webpage asking for their confirmation.

Everything need to be done with Python and the server should be able to run on our ubuntu AWS. The choice of Python framework for the site is up to you. The superivors will load the names of studnets and other information by importing a csv file. This should be done once only for every school.

Pages:
1) main page. Asks user for student ID, then can update status to "waiting outside, arriving late, student picked up"
2) school supervisor page. Shows a list of every student name, driver phone number and status. Can change student status from "released, late, confirmed picked up"
3) Main admin page. Shows detailed stats of every school
