Build a website to compare products (crawlers-ddbb-frontend)

I am looking for a professional able to build a website to compare products, a price comparison website.
The most similar thing available is www.pccomponentes.com but it will be about a different industry.
1.) Database must gather data from 8 sites, all from the same industry, by using crawlers that must renew the data each 24h. Websites where data must be taken are organized and clean but they contain hundreds of products.
2.) Backend. To integrate and sort data using Django or similar. Menu and submenus creation (mapping). Filters such as name, price, supplier, size, image, delivery and material.
3.) Frontend. Same way as www.pccomponentes.com does, users must be able to easily filter products. Website has to be simple, functional but still elegant. These products will have a link redirecting to the original supplier website.
4.) Move the structure to Amazon Web services account and connect it to the hosting provided by the employer.
It is paramount that the professional meet deadlines proposed. Milestones and deliverables will be as follow:
- 25% when delivering the 8 requested crawlers. Crawlers must be sent to employer in different file formats.
-25% Django( or similar) Data engineering mapped and sorted (mapping).
- 50% Amazon web services account has to be hand over to employer with the finished project and connected to the hosting provided by the employer. Further project requirements will be discussed in next meetings.
Price is slightly negotiable, but it must be a fixed price project.
