Build me a web application using python flask

My requirement is web application using flask to deploy my deep learning model, which is used to detect manipulated images. So output of web application should be a segmented mask which clearly segments manipulated region in an image. Also it should clearly predict whether the input image is fake or real. We can provide our weighted files of our trained model and html code to help in writing flask application program
