Build a web app using Python

Using the below website, I want someone to assist us in developing an application. This can be a mobile app for Android/IOS (or both), or a web API application with some customization and ability to generate Json files to integrate within our existing environment. Once the demo app is ready, the source code to be shared for further testing.
