Build /Repair a url scrapper tool

I have a list of 50000 websites and want to find the career/jobs/vacancy page url. We have developed a tool in the past and it seems there is a bug.
I am looking for a skilled developer who can repair a url scrapper tool for me. The tool was written in Python and have the ability to extract links from both specific websites and a variety of websites.
Herewith attached the code and sample file. Can someone fix this ASAP and host in a platform?
The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and be familiar with Python. The tool should be able to extract links and save them in a database or file for easy access. Additionally, the tool should be able to run in the background and automatically update the database with new links.
