Build a tool that will take a reference human image and change clothes of that human model with the clothes in other reference image.

1. Image of clothes like Shirt/Pants
2. Reference image of a human model
Expected Output: Clothes from the 2nd image should be replaced with the clothes in the first image. Please refer to the examples given at the end of this message.
I am in need of a programmer who can build a tool that can take a reference human image and change the clothes of that human model with the clothes in the other image. The ideal candidate should have experience in Python programming language, as that is the preferred language for this project. The tool should support both JPEG and PNG input image formats. Additionally, the client has specified that they do not require a graphical user interface (GUI), but instead a command-line interface would suffice.
Key requirements:
- Build a tool to change clothes on a human model
- Programming language should be Python
- Input image formats should support both JPEG and PNG
- Command-line interface is required, no GUI needed.
