Build the CUDA 11.6 and CuDNN on rtx 4090 GPU in Ubuntu

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me build the CUDA 11.6 and CuDNN on my RTX 4090 GPU in Ubuntu. I have already installed the GPU and OS, so the freelancer will only need to install the software for me. The main purpose of this installation is for video and graphics processing, so I need someone who is experienced in this field.
