Build and AI that will run an hydroponic system

We are designing a hydroponic system that will need to be run by an AI.
The Ai needs to learn over time which methods are right to grow in different conditions or environments we are going to provide some of the data that AI needs to learn over time.

Below is a list of some of the tasks the AI will need to do:

1) The Ai needs to check the pH level of the water and determine if the pH level meets the requirements of the crop (plant) species being grown in the system. If the pH doesn’t meet the requirements of the crop the AI will need to adjust the pH by itself [example: if we are growing lettuce, the pH level of the water needs to be between 6.0 to 6.5, so if the AI checks the pH level and the pH is 5.4 the AI will need to calculate how much the pH needs to increase by, and add the appropriate amount of water to raise the pH to the 6.0-6.5 range. Or if the pH is 7.0 AI will need to be able to calculate how much the pH needs to decrease, and add the appropriate amount of water to lower the pH to the 6.0-6.5 range]

2) The AI will need to add the nutrients to the water depending on the crop we are growing and determine how much of each nutrient it will need to be added to the water to meet the requirements of the crop we are growing. [example: if we are growing lettuce, we will have a pre-mix nutrients solution that will require 5ml per gallon. The AI will need to determine what type of premix solution the lettuce needs and how many gallons are in the reservoir to know how much nutrient solution it needs to put in the water.*]

3) The AI will need to know the light cycle of each crop in each stage of the growth cycle [ example lettuce needs about 20hrs of light per day in the seedling stage, 12hrs to 18hrs of light in the growth stage, and about 10hrs to 15hrs of light in the vega stage. The AI will need to know what stage the crop is in at all times, and adjust the light cycle accordingly**]

4) The system will have cameras looking at the plants the AI will need to track the growth progress and know if the plants have any disease and try to fix it or if it cants not let on4e of the gardeners know what the problem is.[ example: the AI will need to determine if plant leaves are healthy or they need it to need to add more nutrients to the water. Maybe the plant is dying and it needs some to take out the plat before it rots the rest of the plants.]
