I need a function in python or java for converting xhtml to word file...

I am looking for a programmer to build a small server in either Python or Java that can convert XHTML files into DOCX (office word) files and add comments in specific tags. The server should be able to handle multiple requests at once, or at least a function that does the job.

I need to know what you can do for this project. thanks
