Build a simple website (WordPress preferred) which posts/gets data from a backend python application
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Background and aim: I'm developing a python-based tool which users can access via a website and buy resulting outputs from the tool using a payment gateway.
This project is in early stages of development and the tool requires beta testing with users using this website. Login/membership type functionality is not yet required, however it will be required soon.
I need a simple website (Wordpress preferred) with the following main requirements:
1. Home /landing page
2. Application page which is where the user will input in a textbox which will then be submitted as an input for the python application. The python application will then output some images along with some text which will need to be sent back to the user on the applications page. Note that images and text produced by the python app are unique to the user based on their description.
3. The user should be able to buy the images produced by the python app, so there needs to be a functionality to add to basket, checkout, and pay.
The python tool being developed does not yet have API endpoints, I am working to have an API using Flask - it would be good if you can also provide support with this. The python application will be on a separate server (AWS or PythonAnywhere) however this isn't yet decided. The Python application itself is proprietary and has sensitive data so cannot be shared, however a more representative version can be shared if required to help with development.
Proposed workflow and interface with the python tool is shown in the attached file to give a better idea of what is required.
