I created a python program (get_drip_list.py) to extract tables in the following URL :

You may refer to the pptx for the functionality of the python script. However, the script does not work with an error returned from the web server as shown in page 2 of the pptx.
This project helps to fix this error and create a python script which extracts all tables in this URL.
