I am looking for a skilled Python web scraper who can help me build a web scraping tool.

Specific Data to Scrape: Contact Information
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python web scraping libraries like BeautifulSoup and Scrapy
- Experience in scraping data from various websites
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for data extraction
- Familiarity with handling different data formats (CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data
