Build me a python programming for image detection
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a programmer that can make image detection using deep learning, convolutional neural network that compared the architecture between VGG-16, VGG-19, YOLOv3, and YOLOv4. These architecture must generate measure performance, either generate accuracy percentage or Union Over Intersection.
