Build me python(oop) code for dataframe preprocessing-2.

Hello.

I am trying to implement oop python code that preprocesses dataframe as shown in the attached file. Need to create result1 and result2 file from a file. (Actually, I posted a related project yesterday. The requirements have changed, so it has been raised again.)

There are a several test files.

Please contact me for more details and requirements! I'd like to develop a code that applies to all test files!
