Build me python(oop) code for dataframe preprocessing.

Hello.

I am trying to implement oop python code that preprocesses dataframe as shown in the attached file. Need to create result.csv and result_log.csv file by a file.

I tried to implement it, but it didn't work well, so I posted it here. The sample files are transfer files.
