Build a python code to summarize scientific articles

I need some help with a basic text summarization task using python (I use python on a usb stick in windows on different PCs at work).

I want to summarize multiple scientific pdfs (each week I save some pdfs on my USB stick).
Initially I would like to use different systems (BiomedBert, Bart-large-mnli, Haystack, GPT-3 and bigbird-pegasus-large-pubmed, or other suggestions if you have some) on all pdfs and then see which summarization I prefer (in order to choose the best one).
Before summarization the abstract of the article should be deleted from the "to be summarized text" (this can be done for example by searching the abstract on pubmed by typing in the title of the article). So I want to text of the PDF without the abstract to be summarized.

I did advance a bit, but am stuck right now.
