Build a pyradiomics script to extract imaging features

I would like to have a radiomics script in a python environment that can extract features from medical images (computer tomography, magnetic resonance imaging). I will have the images with the segmented lesions that I want to be obtain information from. The pyradiomics seems like a solid library for this project so i would like to use that. This scrip needs to be on my PC and functional. We will test it on different online databases to make sure it works.
