Build a program to average multiple text files into data visual.

This is a digital humanities research project. The data analysis for this project is essentially a study of counting. The smallest unit for counting will be a sentence of a text. I need someone to create an algorithm to pick up the color of annotation (highlights from an HTML doc) which averages the colors of 10 different annotated versions of a single text. It should then visualize these average colors (on a sentence level) of a text into a spectrum. I can discuss the project in-depth and the programming for this should be fairly simple. This is an interdisciplinary project and would look great on your CV/Resume.
