Build a pretrained Table-transformer model for our test case

Hey there,
We need someone to run an implementation to test Microsoft's table-transformer for us.
We have a test set we need to check the performance of.

Then get the results for each table and convert them to a pandas dataframe for us to see the results of.
If this needs some improvement then we will need to tune this model with some of our annotated data before testing again.
