Build a model to track traffic and journeys

I am looking for a skilled and experienced freelancer to build a machine learning model that can track and predict future traffic patterns in logistical (supply chain) traffic.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in machine learning and data analysis
- Experience working with logistical data and traffic patterns
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
