Build a machine learning model -- 2

Looking for a data scientist or engineer who can build, test and train a machine learning model using open source data which includes images to recognise facial expressions and classify them based on the level of stress. This level of stress could be low, medium or high. This model then needs to be hosted on our Azure platform.
