Build a local implementation LLAMAIndex with Alpaca

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with running a local implementation of LLAMAIndex with Alpaca.
Not sure how much you have followed the LLMs space, but facebook has opensourced their LLM models, this is pretty much bleeding edge and we are looking for an implementation of llamaindex to work locally with alpaca.

The primary goal is to run a local implementation and not have to pay Open AI per token of data ingestion.
Would you be keen on working on something like this?
