Build me a live report using YouTube API

There needs to be a backend where we can input data like: brand name, logo, links of youtube videos that have to be tracked, cost of each youtube video etc etc.
Using these the report link should be generated and whenever someone opens the link - live data should be updated using YouTube API. We will provide the exact report template with all formulae. And we will also provide YouTube API credentials of our own for the live version.
