Build a knowledge graph using BERT or GPT Spacy

i'm a student and i have a project. i need to build a knowledge graph using BERT or GPT2/3 and Spacy from a text. then when the KGs are extracted, i want the words in the kgs that has the same domain (exple: fruits, animals..) to be gathered together.
