Build an inventory based E-commerce project

We are a tech startup focussed towards the Indian apparel market. Our objective is to build a SaaS based web application along with listings. We are looking for a freelancer, basically a Python/Django developer with expertise on AWS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Rest API, basic knowledge towards frontend technology such as React.js and someone who has experience with startups and has worked on similar projects before.
We are looking to kickstart our project within this month of August 2021.
