Build an intelligent web extractor for specific data categories, based on your existing, universal scraper

Media4u publishes innovative IT and multimedia web services. We are currently working at a sophisticated, new, geo-based, challenging project in the area of social network / events management.

For this purpose we are looking for a qualified freelancer or company who has the following skills and experiences:
- Proficiency in universal web scraping techniques and algorithms. So there exists a powerful, universal scraper module to be built on.
- Strong knowledge of reliable data extraction from various sources including machine learning.

Your web scraper should support almost any web technology so that it can handle almost any page type. The co-working extraction module should be developed. Both should extract specific event data almost every 3 days from many thousands of given event web pages.
A page training process should be supported as well to increase reliability.

At first the extracted data should be presented in a CSV file format initially. Later, the data should be stored in a database for further analysis and retrieval.

You should also fulfill the following key conditions:
* Good knowledge of SCRUM development processes
* Ability to make reliable estimations and time plans
* Reliable, careful and transparent communication culture
* Independent working manner; ability to deeply UNDERSTAND the project idea
* Fast comprehension; organised, logical & independent thinking, direct/open/sincere, RELIABLE !
* Communication: good and clear English.
