Build a fuzzing program in Python or C++

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a fuzzing program in Python. The purpose of this program is to identify software vulnerabilities in web applications.
You need to find 4 papers related after 2019. Please suggest me a method that improves accuracy or performance compared to those articles. After discussing, we can start this job.
You should refer to tools Wfuzz and Waptipi - public libraries.
Skills and experience required for this job include:
