Build a fully functional relationalship api with database schema

Your objective will be developing an api with unit tests for each route. Most of the routes will be CRUD (GET, PATCH, PUT, DELETE) with it's relationships. The API is built in python (Flask) and already have docker environment to test. The database is fully designed with all relationships and column types, that we will provide after we close the project.
