Build customized chat bot

I need a chatbot built in Python 3 that can support reading chatlogs from Twitch, Facebook Live, YouTube Streaming, and Discord all at once. No front end portion required. When a user enters !remember string_value I simply want it to add a new row to a 3 column CSV with the username of the individual, the statement, and the platform. Any libraries need to be MIT or Apache as I don't want to be restricted by the GPL requirements for entrepreneurial endeavors. I just want the CSV to be written to the localhost at the moment, and am not looking to add a relational database at this point.

If the platforms support deleting messages it would be nice to delete the actual !remember statement line, and then log back to chatlog (and console) from the bot "Message "<message>" remembered for username!"
