Build a crypto bot

I want to build a crpto bot alert that send me an alert when on 5 minute chart following conditions are met:-
Heikin Ashi Candle Closes red with rsi between 65-100 and when Heikin Ashi Candle Closes green with rsi between 35-0.
This bot should keep working and keep alerting.
This bot should be for multiple scrips such as BTCUSDT ETHUSDT LINKUSDT DOTUSDT DOGEUSDT FTMUSDT SOLUSDT APTUSDT APEUSDT and with provision to add more scrips in future.
I will not provide any API
