Build a C code connecting to existing application

I have a file that helps in connecting to an application for sending live audio or pre-recorded OPUS audio from one main user to client in a channel. The code file is completely available in python, C# and JavaScript. I want the code file in C. I have attached a file which can be used to convert to C. The same file is availabe in C# and JavaScript.
