Build a classifier(image or text) in python and optimize it

Your goal is to build classifier on the dataset(I will provide). You can choose between text or image classifier. You can refer the code or tutorial from internet. But main task you have to do is what improvement you made over the existing reference. Try to use as many as algorithms as possible.Implementation in jupyter notebook along pushing it to github.
