Build a batch in-painting software

We have lots of image that need to be edited and we are looking for someone who can develop a batch in-painting software to remove unwanted object from multiple images. Preferably using Python and Deep Learning algorithm.

The processed image should maintain the image quality.

Examples of image to be used for testing is attached.
