Build a apps ios & android for my website

Need to build a classified website apps ios & android .I have a website https://myappspoint.com/live/ for which I want to create mobile app.Don't have a common api to connect.,We did this in Python django. Do not have preferences for tech stack .Will leave the same design Apps will need to be synchronized with the website,when viewed from phone it should be properly viewed.
