I need an experienced programmer who can build a Web App that can convert text-based content to AI video with voice-over and audio music(I can provide audio music). User just needs to provide source of text (web link) or upload as docx, PDF and his own images/videos and the web app should do the rest. It should be able to process any number of text and produce any number of minutes of videos.
