Build a Video Editor User Interface using PyQt

Develop and maintain a frontend system using PyQt. The user interface must have the basic functionalities(1>Add/Delete Video/Audio Layer. 2> Framewise visualization of the video track) of a video editor like Movavi/VSDC.
