Build a Video Editor User Interface using PyQt or cross Platform UI

Develop and maintain a frontend system using either PyQt or cross platform UI system of your choice. The user interface must have the basic functionalities(Add/Delete Video/Audio layer.. framewise visualization of the video track) of a video editor like Movavi/VSDC.
