Build me a Transpiler C language to Rust language

Hi, i need someone to develop a transpiler which is capable of converting C programming language to Rust programming language using python.
To parse the C code to python you can use Pycparser library in python. Then you will get a AST of the C code, then you need to convert the AST to RUST language code with main focus on arithmetic operations and flow control, then if/else loop and for/while loops.
