Build Simple Keyword Tool & Integrate into SAAS

I'm looking for a developer to build a simple keyword research tool that is super fast and easy to use.
I would like it to be able to find keywords and their respective search volume for our users and integrated into our SAAS that we're in the middle of building.
It should work like this: I put in a seed keyword and it returns results and estimated # of searches per month based on that keyword.
Integrate it with our SAAS that we're building.
My budget is $400.
Our SAAS is built on python (backend) and angular 12 (frontend).
